- 收到更改、取消书面申请后，海外旅游网(OverCtrip, Inc.)会在一个工作日之内，按照以下规定扣除罚款后尽快处理退款事宜（请注意：以下日期的计算不包括通知日和出发日）
在您的预订确认以前(即我们用电子邮件EMAIL送出【预定确认单/Order Confirmation】之前)免费修改、 取消。如果海外旅游网(OverCtrip, Inc.)已用电子邮件Email将【预定确认单/Order Confirmation】送出，收取罚款如下：
- 如果您的取消导致与您同行的同屋室友不得不承担单人房价差，我们将同时扣除您需要支付的罚款和单人房差价。以上规定以海外旅游网OverCtrip, Inc.工作日计算，仅适用于当地始发的固定出团日的旅游团及相关旅游产品；不适用于含机票的旅游团、私人小包团等；取消罚款仅限与对旅行团部分，其他如押金、机票、燃油附加费、机场税、旅行团更改费、服务费、银行手续费、签证申请费100%不退！团费已含机票、邮轮、火车票的行程一经确认一律不退不换
- 与旅行团有关的所有酒店和行程都会事先安排确认。任何团友在出团日未出现，都被视为缺席(NO-SHOW)，缺席者所订行程被视为自动放弃，所交团费一概不退不换，同时缺席者与该旅行团的一切相关预订，如：酒店、巴士及行程安排等项目，都视为自动放弃，海外旅游网(OverCtrip.com)不对缺席者(NO-SHOW PASSANGERS)承担任何责任，由于缺席而引起的其它费用如缺席罚款(NO SHOW PENALTY)等，由参团人员负责，现金交付导游后即可入团。
- 出团后海外旅游网(OverCtrip, Inc.)一概不接受客人拼房要求。如客人在团内自行拼房，恕不接受退款。所有行程均需要提前预定、确认，如旅客在出发当天缺席或旅行中途自行提前离开，对此无任何退款或补偿，此行为被视为自动放弃。行程中未使用的景点门票以及部分行程概不退换或补偿。
- 所有的酒店和日程都会事先安排好。 任何人在出团当天缺席，都不会退款。 已经预订的酒店续住，一经确认，费用概不退还。
- 所有旅行团都只能经由海外旅游网(OverCtrip, Inc.)取消，不能通过旅行团供应商(地接公司)取消。
- 少数团队需要达到限定出团人数才能出发, 受此影响的顾客我们将全额退款或是推荐选择相近的产品替代。但这种情况很少发生，同时我们会尽最大努力满足顾客的旅行需求。
- 对以上取消和退款条例，海外旅游网OverCtrip, Inc.拥有最终解释权。
- Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email【Order Confirmation】within one to two business days. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The cancellation fee will take into effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase can not be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. NOTE: Please do not purchase air tickets, hotels and etc. before we confirmed your tour reservation. If you purchase them before our【Order Confirmation】send it out by email, It will be all your own responsibility to change or refund your bookings if the tour is not available to you. We recommend each customer to fully evaluate the cancellation policy and also consider purchasing a Travel Insurance. We highly recommend you to purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance to cover the cancellation fees. Please review our Travel Insurance Packages.
- All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing.

- Upon receiving your written notice, we will send you the refund after deducting the penalty within 1 business day. (Note：The calculation of the following days excludes notice date and departure date).
Change and Cancellation Policy for Scheduled Bus Tour Package
There’s no penalty for change or cancellation before we send 【Order Confirmation】 to you by email. The Cancellation penalty will apply as follows once OverCtrip, Inc. send 【Order Confirmation】 to you by email:
30 working days or more before departure…………………………………10% of tour price
29 working days to 15 working days before departure…………………..…20% of tour price
14 working days to 8 working days before departure………………………50% of tour price
Departure within 7 working days(including no show)………………………100% of tour price
- If your cancellation affects the price of your roommates, such as forcing them to pay a single supplement, we will deduct this amount from your refund on top of your own cancellation penalty. The cancelation of refund is based on the working days of OverCtrip, Inc. and only apply for The Scheduled Bus Tour Packages that originally and only depart from local. The refund does not apply for the other region tour packages and custom design tour packages. Cancellation refund applies to tour charge only. Other fees such as fees for changing, service, visa, bank service, or passport are 100% nonrefundable. The tour package price included air ticket, cruise and train ticket cannot be refunded or changed once confirmed
- All hotels and itineraries related to the tour group will be arranged and confirmed in advance. Any tour group member does not show up on time for the departure time/date at the pre-agreed boarding location will be considered as no-show. All itineraries booked for the no-show passenger will be considered as giving up automatically by the passenger. For no-show, all tour fair and associated fees submitted will not be refunded. In addition, all the reservations associated with this tour, such as hotel, bus, and itinerary, etc., will be considered as giving up automatically. www.OverCtrip.com will not take any responsibility for no-show passengers. No-show passenger will be responsible for any other fees such as no-show penalty, etc. caused by no-show.
- We do not accept share room request when the first day of the tour starts. If you shared the room with others by yourself, we will not make any refund.
- All hotel and tour schedules ahead of time. The tour fare is 100% non-refundable for no-show passengers for any reason. If you do not complete the tour or you leave the tour group by yourself, there will be neither refund nor makeup/replacement tours given to you. Any unused tickets or portion of the tour cannot be refunded or given a replacement.
- All cancellations must be made directly with OverCtrip, Inc., not with tour providers or any third-party.
- Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. The affected customer will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour package as a substitute. However, please keep in mind that should this happen, it would be under very special and rare circumstances, because we will try our best to accommodate our customers travel needs.
- OverCtrip, Inc. reserves the right of final explanation for the above regulation.
